SUMMARY OF CONDITIONS OF SALE

1.      PURCHASER TO PAY A DEPOSIT OF 10% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE AND THE AUCTIONEERS COMMISSION IN CASH OR IN FORM OF A BANK GUARANTEED CHEQUE.IMMEDIATELY ON THE CLOSING OF THE BID.

2.      THE BALANCE OF THE PURCHASE PRICE, TOGETHER WITH INTEREST, TO BE GUARANTEED WITHIN 14 TO 30 DAYS.

3.      THE PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE OUTSTANDING RATES OR LEVIES.

4.      AUCTIONEERS COMMISSION IS CALCULATED AS FOLLOWS:

      6% ON THE FIRST R30,000.00 PLUS VAT
      3.5% ON THE BALANCE (TO A MAXIMUM OF R8,750.00 AND A MINIMUM OF R440.00) PLUS VAT

5.      IF THE DEBTOR IS REGISTERED IN TERMS OF THE VAT ACT, VAT IS PAYABLE ON THE PURCHASE PRICE, THEN NO TRANSFER DUTY IS PAYABLE.

6.      PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EJECTMENT OF THE OCCUPIER.
